RULES OF THE LAND This site belongs to all of us. It is a site for communication between militia members and to help others to share ideas, and alert one another should that need arise. Other purposes should be kept to a bare minimum. 1) We will not tolerate arguing between members on the site; take it outside ladies and gentlemen! You MUST agree to disagree WITHOUT being offensive. 2) Racism is NOT ok and you will be banned immediately. 3) There will be NO violent threats of any kind posted, you will be banned IMMEDIATELY! 4) Profanity is offensive, be smart enough to get the point across without the F word. Also, needing to mention porn is disrespectful and is not allowed, take it somewhere else. 5) If you are asked to cease and desist by the Admin or the monitors, do it. If you show blatant disrespect to those performing that duty, you will be considered for dismissal. We are to remain professional with a military code of ethics! 6) Religious bashing will not be tolerated!! RE: the First Amendment! Religious groups are very welcome but the bashing is not!! For the record, we do not support any group or religion that is detrimental to this Nation, our Constitution, or our freedom! Bashing of any religion is prohibited on this site!! Our focus is strictly getting our militia up and running in the manner our founders designed!! You can share your religious bashing in other places other than this site!! If we see something that isn't mentioned that seems inappropriate, we will let you know, if it continues we'll have to let you go. Use your common sense, if you don't have any, get some from a friend. Everyone will be treated with respect here. None of us are perfect, that is why before anyone is banned, we will listen to your side, we must have the agreement between the Admin or at least two monitors before we will ban anyone. We will give everyone at least that much consideration.Come walk the extra mile with us brother and sister patriots!! AMERICA FIRST, FREEDOM FOREVER!! Thanks

No New Posts Primary Purpose
The primary purpose of the unorganized militia is to defend our families and local communities against forces that threaten our inalienable rights. While this is normally the responsibility of our standing army and/or organized militia, they may be unavailable to defend us in certain circumstances. In such a situation, the governor has the authority to call up the unorganized militia as set forth in ORC § 5923.01 and ORC § 5923.21. The secondary purpose of the militia is to assist civil authorities during times of crisis or major instability. Examples include natural disasters (tornados, floods, etc.), war, terrorism, insurrection, chemical spills, riots, power outages, looting, economic collapse, lawlessness, and epidemics. By maintaining law and order, assisting those in need, and protecting individual rights, the militia can be an invaluable resource in a time of instability. The Unorganized Militia of Knox County is a public service group comprised of upstanding, law-abiding patriots. We have no affiliation with, nor do we promote or encourage, any subversive or quasi-subversive entities or acts against the United States of America or against the American People, inside or outside of U.S. borders. Any and all instruction and training is done in strict accordance with Federal, State and Local Laws and regulations. Our group does not and will not associate with - or train - any foreign or domestic entity(ies) that could pose a threat to, or has denounced, the United States of America. It cannot be emphasized enough that we are not an "extremist" organization, nor are we anti-government. Quite the contrary... we are pro-government and pro-law & order. We do not tolerate anyone in our group even talking about anti-government, un-American, or illegal conduct. And just to clarify, - We are not a "right wing" organization. - We are not a political organization. - We are not racist or involved in the "Christian Identity" movement. - We are "open" and "above board" in all ways, and are not involved in illegal, immoral, and/or unethical activities. - We are not "gun nuts." - We despise all forms of terrorism. - We are not "revolutionaries." - We are not a paramilitary group. - We are not "anti-government." - We are not wild-eyed "conspiracy freaks."

No New Posts Explanation of the United States Constitution
The Constitution is often hailed as a marvel of brevity and of clarity. It was, however, written in the 18th century, and many of the ideas, concepts, words, phrases, and euphemisms seem odd to us today, if not down right foreign. Some of the more obscure words are defined in The Glossary. But what of the Constitution itself? What does it mean? What does each article, each section, say? This page is like a synopsis or summary of the Constitution, article by article, amendment by amendment. This should not be taken as a substitute for the Constitution, but more like a study guide. The Preamble to the Constitution has no force in law; instead, it establishes the "Why" of the Constitution. Why is this document in existence? It reflects the desires of the Framers to improve on the government they currently had (to be "more perfect" than the Articles of Confederation), to ensure that that government would be just, and would protect its citizens from internal strife and from attack from the outside. It would be of benefit to the people, rather than to its detriment. And, perhaps as importantly, it intended to do the same for the future generations of Americans. A more extensive exploration of the Preamble is also available. For further explanation of our constitution. Please clink on the link to Explanation of the United States Constitution above.
